Q. How do I navigate the website?

A. The navigational buttons appear in color and allow you to click on the category of your choice.

Q. How do I listen to an Audio segment?

A. Click on the segment title and the audio file will play. The total time of each audio segment is listed to the right of the segment title. Note, depending on your connection speed, audio files may take a few moments to load.

Q. How do I use the audio controls?

A. The audio player has four buttons: Back, Pause, Play, and Fast Forward. Clicking on the Back or Fast Forward buttons will cause you to jump back or forward one audio segment. The Pause button will stop the current audio file, allowing you to take a break for a moment if needed. The Play button will resume play of the paused segment.

Q. How do I download an Audio file?

A. There are two ways to download audio files. From the Listen Now page, click on the download button to download the file for a particular segment. The Audio Downloads page contains downloadable files only. From this page, you can choose to download individual segments, full categories, or all of the Money Smart Audio Files. All download files are zipped. You will need to save them to a location on your computer and then follow the directions to extract and play the files.

Q. How do I access Audio Scripts?

A. Scripts are available from the Listen Now page. Once you have selected an audio segment, click on the blue document icon to view or save the segment script. Note, scripts are PDF documents and do require an Adobe Reader to view. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, it is available for free download from the following site: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Q. How do I download Reference Sheets?

A. Reference Sheets can be viewed or downloaded from the Information Booth page. Click on the PDF icon for the topic of interest, or select Download All to download reference sheets for all Money Smart categories. Note, all Reference Sheets are PDF files and require Adobe Acrobat reader to view. The reader is available for free and can be downloaded from the following site: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
